Dolce is from our second litter with Sloane. SURPRISE, we loved this long awaited breeding to Norman so much that we kept two girls. Her sister, Chanel, fulfilled our desire for a beautiful black girl but Dolce said "hold the fort, the yellows must not be outnumbered"! Just as smart as sisters Khaleesi and Chanel, Dolce is a ring leader in the "up to trouble" department. Dolce is turning into the resident "shoe thief" and is a master at "keep away". Dolce finished her championship at just barely two years of age and her grand championship just 2 months later. Dolce is semi-retired but can be occasionally seen in the Best of Breed ring just having fun..

Chanel is from our second litter with Sloane. This was a long awaited breeding to Norman and we couldn't be happier with the results. We were hoping for a beautiful black girl and Chanel did not disappoint. We were so happy with the litter that we also kept a yellow girl, Dolce. Just like their half sister, Khaleesi, both girls are scholars in the intelligence department. Their brother Tito resides with the stud owner. These girls already know how to lure us into belly rubs and extra attention. With all her goals completed, Chanel is just having fun in the breed ring strutting her stuff.

MiuMiu is from our long awaited litter by Gordo, out of Dolce. This is a loose line breeding on 2 influential dogs:
BISS CH Borador's By George and SR BISS CH Sunspot's Lace 'Em Up, JH. We were blessed with 11 puppies from this litter, giving us a nice selection for show potential puppies. Gordy and Lacey's well known handler, Rusty and Gordo's breeder, Vicky from Belquest Conclusion Labradors (Platinum Level AKC Breeder of Merit) insisted we keep purple collar girl and we wholeheartedly agreed. We named this girl to not only keep with the designer theme of her mother Dolce and great grandmother Prada, this name also honors our sorely missed friend, mentor and co-breeder Bonnie Anthony from Robnie Labradors. We have high hopes for this young lady, look for her in the show in the second half of 2026.

Casey is also from our long awaited litter by Gordo, out of Dolce. She is primarly owned and resides with our good friends (and partners in crime) at Causey Labradors. This is a loose line breeding on 2 influential dogs: BISS CH Borador's By George and SR BISS CH Sunspot's Lace 'Em Up, JH. We were blessed with 11 puppies from this litter, giving us a nice selection for show potential puppies. Gordo's breeder Vicky from Belquest Conclusion Labradors (Platinum Level AKC Breeder of Merit) and I saw great potential in the candy cane collar girl and were ecstatic that Becky at Causey wanted a girl from this fantastic litter. Her is registered name keeps with the Kix theme of her mother Dolce, grandmother Sloane and great grandmother Prada. We look forward to cheering Casey & Becky on in the in the show in the second half of 2026.

Pandora is from our repeat line breeding on BISS CH Paradocs Delians Scrubbing In and our Tish. We wanted one more attempt at keeping a black girl but fate did not agree and we couldn't be happier. Pandora is one of two girls from a litter of seven. Pandora is living up to her name, she is curious in every sense of the word and is the sweetest snuggle bunny. We look forward to introducing her to the show ring in mid 2023. We are also proud to say that she has already passed all of her DNA genetic health clearances.

Tish is the dog that the late Bonnie at Robnie Labradors chose for me. When this breeding took place, my hope was to have a beautiful yellow girl just like her mother. As this was a black carrying yellow sire bred to a yellow dam this should have been a 75% yellow litter -- but no. Six black puppies and one yellow who just happened to be a female AND the pick of the litter. Bonnie planned it this way so I couldn't make a wrong decision. Thank you Bonnie, you sent me actually what I was hoping for and then some! Tish has 10 points towards her AKC Championship, all breeder/owner handled. Tish was designated as an AKC Puppy of Achievement at 12 months of age. Tish has retired but is spending her golden years right here at Brookhaven. Warming our bed and our hearts.
